Dreams, Dreams, Dreams....

My dreams are so crazy.

Last night I dreamed that I lived in Colorado, and had a beautiful house in a meadowed valley surrounded by beautiful rugged mountains.

In my dream I was looking out the beautiful picture windows right into the wide open jaws of a shark.  And I was taking photos of the sharks mouth, oohing and ahhing over its teeth.

Hmmmm

Interesting.

Some days you're the windsheild...

Today I'm the bug.  

The. Bug.

Why you ask? 

I still feel sick enough to go to bed at 7.30...obliviously I'm not asleep, but I am in bed.

Ugh. Just ugh.

Someone else, actually TWO someone else's WON MY FRICKEN LOTTERY.

'Nuff said.

I'm going to sleep.

I'm laying here listening to the Lionel Ritchie channel on pandora. 

They are playing wildfire. This music is so soothing to me. I'm very relaxed right now, partly because of the music and partly because of nighttime NyQuil. 

Yes, I'm sick again (not that you knew I was before) coughing and hacking up a lung. Maybe I'll lose a few more ponds. That would be a nice silver lining. I just hope I'm fine by the weekend.

How in the HELL do you update the Picasa pictures?!

I have a slide show on the right of my blog.  I like the photos.  They are nice.

They are also old.

Not THAT old - but older.  I have some really cool recent ones I'd like to add.  And I cannot for the life of me figure out how.

I cannot even find the stupid album on Picasa.

ARGH!!! I feel like Charlie Brown!

Big Girl Panties...AKA being an Adult

I've said it before - and I'm sure I will say it many, many, many more times the older I get...

Getting old SUCKS!

Use to be I'd just think about losing weight and ooh look 5lbs lost!

Now I have to actually be good girl and change my lifestyle.  Cause it's not just about weight - it's about health.

Exercise more, eat less, eat better.  Stop making excuses. Pull your Big Girl Panties (forever forward known as BGP) up and do the right thing.

My cholesterol is up so I need to eat oatmeal every day, take fish oil, eat almonds, walk more, stop eating ice cream.

I love ice cream.

Especially when it's 100 degrees outside.

So this past weekend was not a stellar BGP weekend.

I had ice cream, and pudding.  I also had fajitas.

But I bought some nice and healthy food for the week and I'm pulling my BGP back up and I am getting back on track.  Even if I mess up 2 days I figure if I'm good 5 days I'll be ahead 3 days.

We shall see.

Anyhoooo I'm watching snakes on a plane again.  I have to say it's pretty funny!

Gotta love those B movies with giganormus, mutant animals.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Pregnancy Nightmare

I had a dream.

It was a nightmare.

I dreamed that I was pregnant.

Ready to pop pregnant.

THE HORROR!

I was in a restaurant with people I'm acquainated with thinking well at least I'll have something in common with them now.

And thinking - I can't believe I'm going to be responsible for something for 20 odd years.

And thinking - There goes vacation.

And thinking - At least I didn't get too fat with this baby, I'm 8.5 months and look like I'm 5 months pregnant.

Then waking up and thinking - Thank God it was a dream!

Kids are nice and everything - but I really have zero desire to have one full time.
